Shudder at Start

Hey all,

I am having a problem. When I start a race the screen will shudder in slow motion for a few seconds then clear out. Sometimes it will do it on the second lap also then not at all the rest of the race. Any Ideas?

That happens just online or in offline races too (with internet disabled) ?

Try disable anti-virus and windows updates (disable all programs that have automatic updates ON ) .

Also , Maybe one or more programs are running in the back ground and they use alot of CPU usage ? (check the task manager\processes)
