Chat window is Not Refreshing

Is everyone seeing nothing in the chat window?

On my PC, all I see is a spinning icon but no chats.  Let me know if this is the same for you or is it only me who is seeing this.

It is back up but I chatted in it and it didn't post. Also the Chat is from when Kid fixed it last time. Hasn't refreshed since then?

Well, it looks like it be fixed. MDx_Kid took care of us again.  Thanks Kid.
